We have chosen to use this New Tier 1 panel as our standard panel for many reasons. The 15 Year product warranty and 30 Year linear performance warranty mean that your investment on the rooftop is protected against failure and under production for added peace of mind. The Bi-Facial aspect of the panel means that any UV rays that may have passed through the panel and bounced back from the roof covering can be re-absorbed by the additional cells on the rear of the panel. More Power, More Savings!
These panels are currently shipping in 440w units. The previous panel used by us was a 420w so a power increase of 20w or 4% extra power dependent on your view point. The panel is of course certified for compliance by MCS meaning that we can add it to an MCS certificate making any system we install eligible for the SEG under it’s current guise.
Good Looking Panels
These panels also benefit from being what is known in the industry as “Triple Black”. Black Frames, Black Cells and a black backing sheet. The Glass, Glass Bi-Facial build also means that these gleam in the sun with a real high quality gloss finish. The dimension of the panel being 1.76m x 1.13m x .30m also allows them to be installed in roof offering a really sleek finish to overall look of the installation.
